### 타입 안전성 향상
- UserService: UserListResponse.items 사용으로 타입 오류 해결
- MaintenanceController: MaintenanceListResponse 타입 캐스팅 수정

### API 엔드포인트 정리
- 사용하지 않는 /rents 하위 엔드포인트 3개 제거
